How much does a custom inground pool cost in New Orleans?
Custom gunite pools start at $55,000. The Signature starts at $70,000, and The Backyard Resort, with an outdoor kitchen or cabana, starts at $100,000. Your final price depends on your custom design, finishes and site conditions.

What do you need from me before permits?
A copy of your cash sale (property deed) and a recent boundary survey from a licensed Louisiana surveyor. We handle the pool permits from there.
